Fittings that connect a filter to the machine’s hose, and parts for the hose and tank.
A machined stainless steel adapter with three expanding rubber seals that grip inside a filter’s inlet or outlet, so one fitting connects most DPFs to the machine’s hose. Some specialised filters still need their own adapter.
Fittings and V-band clamps for connecting the machine’s hoses to late-model VAG filters, whose connections standard adapters don’t fit. The shop says it suits many other DPF types too.
A drilled plate that seals against the flange of large Scania truck filters and connects them to the machine’s hose. The machine’s own clamping holds it in place.
A stepped cone in a silicone sleeve that seals filter pipes of different sizes onto a standard hose connection for off-vehicle flushing.
An elbow for the standard camlock connection, for long or awkwardly shaped filters where a straight hose fitting won’t clear. Two together turn the connection right round.
A straight camlock adapter for filters with a quick-release or cam-lock port, where a bolted flange or pressure cup can’t be used.
A spare male camlock coupling that locks into the female coupling on the machine’s hose, for replacing a worn fitting or making up your own adapters.
A spare female camlock coupling for the hose end, for repairing a hose or building one to suit male camlock adapters.
A steel clamp that fits around the base of a split-type PSA filter and holds the core in place while it is washed, so it can’t shift and leak past its seal. The shop advises a short, low-pressure wash for these filters.
Fits the tank drain valve so a standard hose can carry used solution and sludge into a waste container without spills when you empty the tank.
Four magnetic holders that stick to the machine’s cabinet or any steel surface and hold camlock adapters when they aren’t in use.
Plates, plugs and caps that close every opening except the one the cleaning flow should use.
An assortment of plugs, caps and seals for closing sensor ports and other small openings on a filter before washing, so the cleaning flow goes through the filter rather than out of the side.
Ten knurled plugs that hand-tighten into the threaded ports most often found on DPFs, with a magnetic stand to keep them on the machine. Remove them before a hot drying cycle.
Ten knurled caps that screw over male threads and sensor stubs on a filter, with a magnetic stand. The partner to the plug set; remove them before a hot drying cycle.
A metal plate that bolts over the open flange of the filter so it can be filled and pressurised during cleaning. Fit it with washers; nuts aren’t included.
A printed plate that bolts over the EGR opening on the filter so cleaning fluid can’t escape through it. Tighten it only to the torque the shop page gives.
A printed plug that slots into the AdBlue injector port once the injector is removed, sealing it for cleaning without washers or fittings.

The water filtration that protects the pump and nozzles, and MET’s own cleaning product.
The replacement element for the machine’s water filtration. It catches the soot and ash washed out of filters, protecting the pump and spray nozzles; change it as the maintenance schedule says.
MET’s concentrated cleaning product, mixed with water in the tank and used heated to break down soot and ash. Wear gloves and eye protection, and read the safety data sheet before use.
A single-stage, water-based cleaning fluid with no second rinse stage. Use it as a soak before finishing a filter on the machine or in the DPF Lite, or inject it on the vehicle with the DPF cleaning gun. Read the safety data sheet before use.
The same One Shot cleaning fluid by the case, for workshops and mobile technicians who use it every day.
For testing a filter before it is cleaned and recording each job for the customer.
Adds a digital differential pressure gauge to an existing machine, so you can test a filter before cleaning and show the customer the reading. The shop recommends professional fitting, and it needs a steady air supply.
Paper for the built-in printer, for printing the cleaning report you hand to the customer. Check that your machine has the printer before ordering.
A card the operator fills in at the time of the clean: pre-clean pressure, filter condition, machine, operator and customer. The back explains why there’s no after-clean reading and reminds the customer to reset the soot and ash values.
Tags to tie to a cleaned filter telling the customer it is only partly dry and should be refitted and driven to finish drying. They stand up to water and handling in the cleaning bay.
